You can pick up and return rental items at the store or counter.
It is possible to return the items to a different shops than the shop where you borrowed them.
*Only the Furano shop cannot be returned to other shops.

New Chitose Airport [Skyporter service SAPPORO]

The counter is located on the first floor of the domestic arrival lobby at New Chitose Airport and is popular with travelers from outside of Hokkaido.
Since we are a counter, not a store, we prepare and deliver the products you have reserved on the web.

Products are prepared and waiting for you according to the information you entered at the time of reservation. Therefore, it is not possible to try on or exchange sizes on the spot.
Skis and snowboards can be rented in a bag for transportation.
If you wish to return at a different store, please email our call center after making your reservation.
We have a Niseko branch, but Niseko Village and Hanazono area are not available for delivery. So please rent at the Hokkaido Tour Desk if you are going through New Chitose Airport.

This is a store where you can try on clothes and check sizes. The store is open every day during the period, so you can visit anytime, but it is cheaper to make reservation on the web.

This is the most popular area during the season. We have plenty of inventory available, but it is best to make reservations on the web in advance to ensure availability.

Amuse Rental Niseko

These stores offer both in-store pickup and delivery (except in the Niseko Village, Hanazono, and Kutchan areas). If you visit the store, you can try on and check sizes on the spot.
The store will be open every day during the period. You can also visit the store directly without an appointment, but the price is more economical if you make a booking online.

Asahikawa Airport Tour Desk

You can pick up and return your pre-booked rental items at the Tour Desk (domestic 1F) in Asahikawa Airport.
Please note that this is a service counter, not a retail store, so items cannot be provided without a prior reservation.

Amuse Rental staff will deliver the equipment to the hotel where you are staying. When you return it, simply leave it at the front desk of the hotel!

<Guidance>

Gateaux Kingdom, Apa Hotel & Resort Sapporo, Hotel Emisia Sapporo, and Jozankei Onsen hotels are not eligible for this service.
Delivery is not available to guesthouses, private accommodations (Airbnb), unmanned hotels without a front desk, and some capsule hotels.
Please check the size upon receipt. If you need to exchange sizes, please contact the delivery staff by 8:00 p.m. on the same day (to be delivered by the time of departure). If you contact us after the next day of delivery, we will not be able to exchange the item.

Hotel Delivery in Asahikawa

New Service Launching Mid-December 2026!
Hotel delivery is exclusive to the JR Asahikawa Station area. We will deliver to your hotel after 6:00 PM on the day before your rental starts. (See “Hotel Delivery in Asahikawa”)

User Guide

Payment Method: Reservations made through our website require advance payment only, and payment can be made by credit card or convenience store prepayment (available only in Japan).; *If your payment has not been confirmed 5 days before your reservation, your booking will be cancelled.

Use and Lending

Rental charges are based on the number of days from the date of rental to the date of return.
Web booking cannot be extended after they have been rented.
Children’s rates apply to children 12 years old and under.
You may be asked to present your ID when you pick up your child’s merchandise.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fee will be charged for Niseko store and hotel delivery in Sapporo.

[Niseko store]: ￥500 per person (tax included)

[Delivery to hotels in Sapporo]: ￥500 per person (tax included)

[Asahikawa store]: ~~￥500~~ per person (tax included)

Size Exchange

The exchange method varies depending on the store where you rent.

[Niseko,Rusutsu and Furano stores]: Please try on or check the item when you receive it. If necessary, we will exchange it immediately.

[New Chitose Airport]: Size exchange is not available.

[Delivery to hotels in Sapporo]: Contact us by 8:00 p.m. on the same day you receive the product and we will respond.

Going to Tomamu: Since there is no shop in the Tomamu area, travelers via New Chitose Airport should use Skyporter Service SAPPORO or our Courier Plan.; Courier Plan

Rental cancellation fees

“Courier Plan” cancellation fees

3 days to 1 day before the date of use:
50% of the rental fee

About Damage Waiver: The rental fee includes a damage waiver fee of ¥500 (tax included) per person.
This Program excludes theft, loss, mistaken exchange, intentional damage, failure to return, gross negligence, unauthorized modification, or misuse against Company instructions.

About Inquiries

●Booking and inquiries via the website are accepted 24 hours a day.
Upon successful completion of your booking, an “Acceptance Complete” e-mail will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive that e-mail, please check your folder and settings, as it may have been marked as spam. If you still have not received the e-mail, your booking may not have been completed. If that is the case, please contact us.
We usually respond to inquiries within three business days. If you are in a hurry, please call us during business hours.

Our rental setup staff are S-B-B Certified Technicians. S-B-B stands for Ski-Binding-Boot, and the certification covers the skills and knowledge needed to correctly adjust skis, bindings and boots together as one system.

Every shop has certified technicians on staff, who mount and adjust your bindings by hand based on the information you provide when you book.
