We have boards and gear suitable for
Hokkaido's snowy mountains.
We know the characteristics of
the slopes and the powder snow.

You can rent skis, snowboards, and clothing
at CTS, Rusutsu store pick up
or delivery.

We have boards and gear suitable for each snow resort area in Hokkaido available for rent at reasonable rates.
Our staff selects products based on the customer’s height and weight, and then rents them out after thorough maintenance.
New Chitose Airport and Rusutsu branches rent at the store,
and for those staying at a hotel in Sapporo or in the Niseko area (excluding some areas), the rental will be delivered by an appointed.

Pick-up and return locations vary depending on the area and destination of your stay.
Please refer to the following information to determine the store you wish to use.

Shop Visits

You can pick up and return rental items at the store or counter.
It is possible to return the items to a different shops than the shop where you borrowed them.
*Only the Furano shop cannot be returned to other shops.

New Chitose Airport [Skyporter service SAPPORO]

The counter is located on the first floor of the domestic arrival lobby at New Chitose Airport and is popular with travelers from outside of Hokkaido.
Since we are a counter, not a store, we prepare and deliver the products you have reserved on the web.

<Guidance>

  • Products are prepared and waiting for you according to the information you entered at the time of reservation. Therefore, it is not possible to try on or exchange sizes on the spot.
  • Skis and snowboards can be rented in a bag for transportation.
  • If you wish to return at a different store, please email our call center after making your reservation.
  • We have a Niseko branch, but Niseko Village and Hanazono area are not available for delivery. So please rent at the Hokkaido Tour Desk if you are going through New Chitose Airport.

Delivery to your stay

Amuse Rental staff will deliver the equipment to the hotel where you are staying. When you return it, simply leave it at the front desk of the hotel!

Hotel delivery in Sapporo

Delivery will be made to the hotel where you are staying in Sapporo (Chuo-ku only).
Delivery will be made after 6:00 p.m. on the day before the date of use.

<Guidance>

  • Gateaux Kingdom, Apa Hotel & Resort Sapporo, Hotel Emisia Sapporo, and Jozankei Onsen hotels are not eligible for this service.
  • Delivery is not available to guesthouses, private accommodations (Airbnb), and some capsule hotels.
  • Please check the size upon receipt. If you need to exchange sizes, please contact the delivery staff by 8:00 p.m. on the same day (to be delivered by the time of departure). If you contact us after the next day of delivery, we will not be able to exchange the item.

Payment Method
Booking made through the website can only be made by advance payment. Payment can be made by credit card, pre-payment at convenience stores, net banking, or bank transfer.

  • Rental charges are based on the number of days from the date of rental to the date of return.
  • Web booking cannot be extended after they have been rented.

We do not have stores in Tomamu. If you are traveling through New Chitose Airport, please rent skis at the [Hokkaido Tour Desk].
Or, we also recommend the “Courier Rental Plan” where we deliver your skis by courier to the hotel where you stay.

Property damage liability insurance(optional)
Insurance is available for rented items to cover theft and damage. Each customer may purchase insurance for their usage period by paying ¥500 (tax inclusive) at the time of rental, although doing so is optional.
Applications cannot be made after the start of the rental period.

Upon successful completion of your booking, an “Acceptance Complete” e-mail will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive that e-mail, please check your folder and settings, as it may have been marked as spam. If you still have not received the e-mail, your booking may not have been completed. If that is the case, please contact us.
