Bus Reservation

From New Chitose Airport
or Sapporo to popular snow resorts.
In addition to ski bus booking,

If you want to go skiing, the bus is definitely recommended!
You don’t have to worry about driving on snowy roads and conserve your stamina until you arrive at your destination.
There are routes from New Chitose Airport and Sapporo City to Tomamu, Niseko, and Rusutsu,
as well as routes from Tomamu to Niseko, so you can also go skiing.

From Reservation to Boarding

Buses must be booked in advance. Early reservations are recommended as seating is limited.

01 Decide the details of your application

  • Please confirm your travel dates, destinations, and flight and bus connection times before booking.
  • If you are renting skis, please also check the store and rental method used.
  • The names, ages, and genders of all accompanying persons are required to apply.
ATTENTION
Please pay attention to the transfer time when boarding the bus departing from New Chitose Airport!
We are not able to know the transfer time. We are not responsible if you fail to make the transfer.

Transfer from plane to bus: 45 min. or more
Bus to plane transfer: 60 min. or more
International
Transfer from plane to bus: 90 min. or more
Bus to plane transfer: 2 hours or more

02 Booking on our website

  • Ski buses must be booked in advance.
  • Booking must be made 9 days prior to the boarding date.
  • To book ski rental and bus together, click the “Booking all at once” button.
  • If less than 8 days prior to the boarding date, bus and ski rental cannot be booked at the same time. In this case, please make reservations for each separately.
  • Minors who wish to apply must do so with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Booking made through the website can only be made by advance payment. Payment can be made by credit card, pre-payment at convenience stores, net banking, or bank transfer.
*If your payment has not been confirmed 9 days before your reservation, your booking will be cancelled.

<Completion Notification>

Upon completion of your booking, a “Acceptance Complete” email will be immediately sent to your email address. Please make sure that the contents are correct.

ATTENTION
If you do not receive that e-mail, please check your folder and settings, as it may have been marked as spam. If you still have not received the e-mail, your booking may not have been completed. If that is the case, please contact us. We usually respond to inquiries within three business days. If you are in a hurry, please call us during business hours.

03 Booking changes and cancellations

  • To change or cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or email.
  • In case of change or cancellation, the applicant (person responsible for the contract) must contact us by e-mail or phone. Changes or cancellations by anyone other than the applicant will not be accepted.
  • Cancellations will be accepted between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for telephone calls, and on the date of receipt by our company for emails.
  • Please be sure to call us for any changes or cancellations on the day before or on the day of your booking.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for any bank transfer charges in the event of a refund.
Cancellation Fee
Ski bus cancellation fees are as follows
  • 7 days to 2 days prior to boarding:
    30% of the fare
  • One day prior to boarding:
    40% of the fare
  • On the day of boarding (before boarding):
    50% of the fare
  • On the day of boarding (after boarding or without notice):
    100% of the fare

*Cancellation policy and fees for ski rentals differ from the above conditions (see the ski rental page for details).

ATTENTION
If the take bus or boarding date is changed less than 7 days prior to the boarding date, the reservation will be cancelled and the above cancellation fees will apply.

04 On the day of boarding

It’s ticketless! Just give your name and booking number at the reception!

  • Paper tickets will not be issued. Please give your name and booking number to the staff at the reception.
  • If you are unsure, please forward the email to your smart phone or print out the email screen and bring it with you.
  • Please confirm the meeting place(bus stop) in advance.
Boarding from New Chitose Airport
Please check in at the reception counter at least 20 minutes prior to departure.
Boarding from hotels in Sapporo
Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 min. before departure.
Boarding from locations other than above
Please be at the bus stop 10 min. before departure. Bus staff or driver will guide you to the bus.
