Personal-Data Protection Policy

Amusement Hokkaido recognizes that respecting the rights and benefits of the individual and protecting their personal data are part of its social responsibility as a company involved in temp staffing, travel business, sports rentals, the restaurant industry, and call centers. We have therefore positioned those actions as the utmost important throughout our business operations, hereby establishing this privacy policy which we will execute and preserve.

1. Acquisition, Usage, Provision, and Prohibition of Outside Usage.

We will establish systems that protect the rights and benefits of the individual and protect their personal data. We will acquire, use, and provide the individual’s personal data appropriately and in accordance with the prescribed regulations. We will also take steps to ensure that personal data is not handled in a way that exceeds the purpose of use disclosed at the time of acquisition.

2.Compliance with Laws and Regulations.

When handling personal data, we will comply with all laws, regulations, ordinances, and government guidelines that apply to the protection of such data.

3.Safety Measures.

We will establish security protocols and strive to prevent the unauthorized disclosure, corruption, or loss of personal data while correcting the data when necessary.

4.Handling Inquiries and Complaints.

We will appropriately respond to personal-data inquiries from individuals as part of our handling of such data and our management systems for protecting it.

5.Continuous Improvement of Management Systems.

We will create management systems related to the protection of personal data and ensure that our employees and executives are fully familiar with them. We will also regularly review those management systems and continuously improve them.

③If requesting disclosure of the purpose of use of personal data or for the contents of personal data to be revealed, please include a stamp or money order for ¥500 as a processing fee.

Responses from us will be sent in the postal mail as a Response Form for Disclosure of Personal Data unless the owner agrees to a different method of response.
